The First Call
We set up an initial call to get to know each other, and discuss your needs, your creative vision, and how I can help.
Proposal
I custom create several packages so you can choose the investment and deliverables that best meet your needs. I am happy to provide guidance through this, and at every stage, so you can understand the benefits of each direction
Getting Started
Once you determine which package best fits your needs, I set up your client portal, establish a timeline, and send over a questionnaire to set us up for our first creative meeting!
The Creative Process
Now for the fun part! The creative process adapts to the specific needs of each project and the workflow that makes sense for you and your team, but a typical project will involve:
The Brainstorm Stage
After an initial creative meeting where I get to know every detail of your brand, industry, and creative vision, my team and I get to work on background research, thematic brainstorming, and moodboards to establish conceptual background, positioning strategy, and visual direction.
Proposal
I present you with a number of creative options to select from. Each option will come with an explanation of the conceptual thinking behind it, and what specific benefits it offers your brand. Unless the needs of a project demand otherwise, I strive to deliver as close to a finished product as possible at each stage to both expedite the process, and help you visualize the application of each design.
Delivery
Once everything is perfect, you receive all of your files in any format you need, along with any training necessary on how to implement your new designs. If we are working on a web or print project, I can also work directly with your printer or web developer to ensure flawless execution of the final designs exactly as envisioned.

You’ll have direct access to me any time you need to get in touch. I’ll always keep you up to date about everything you need to know, and you can always reach out with any questions you have.

I will always keep you up to date about timeline, progress, and where we are on budget so you have all the knowledge you need to plan.
Time Commitment
I take deadlines very seriously. I commit to getting you your work on the timeline you need, and communicating early if I feel the project would benefit from an adjusted timeline.
Flexibility
If your needs expand over the course of the project, I can work with you to adjust the scope to make sure all your needs are met.
Clear Pricing
I commit to accurately representing the price of your project upfront, so there are no surprises and you know exactly what you will get for your committed investment. I provide assets like fonts and stock imagery at-cost (unlike many agencies which can mark them up 50x or more), and will always consult with you on your asset budget before purchasing anything for your project.
Landing
Neatly Packaged Files & Assets
You will receive an organized folder containing all of your files prepared for use, complete with any assets necessary for the execution of your final design, and source files, as requested. For a brand package, for example, this may include sourced fonts, photography, vector and raster logo files for both digital and print, color palettes, a brand book, and a detailed guide to social media styling for your brand.
Training & Implementation
I build detailed instructions for use into every package, to make sure the implementation matches the design. Depending on the project this may include a guidebook, instruction document, or in-person, phone, or video training. I can also build in training for your team, along with space for questions and updates both at the end of your project, and as they come up.
Follow Up
Maintenance & Updates
While all Aura designs are created to be timeless and lasting, you may find you want to make updates to your designs after your project concludes. You can book in for any planned maintenance at the end of your project, or come to me any time for any updates or changes you need.
